Survivor of Osogbo family killed by generator fumes dies
Jumoke, another member of the family of Mary Samuel, a police sergeant, who died with two others in their residence in Osogbo on Thursday, is dead. Jumoke, a mother of two, died at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, Ile Ife, late Thursday, after she had been revived at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital, Osogbo. The sergeant and one of her children, Abigail, and her grandchild were confirmed dead at LAUTECH Teaching Hospital in Osogbo, after they inhaled what was suspected to be fumes from their generator. Jumoke, who was still breathing when the victims were evacuated, was immediately placed on life support and taken to OAUTHC, where she eventually died.
